The Retail Factory now ISO9001 Accredited
The Retail Factory is now ISO9001 certified. This internationally recognised standard ensures that businesses operate to the same standards in meeting customers’ requirements. The Retail Factory Director Jon Broadbent commented “This accreditation cements our commitment to quality assurance and customer satisfaction.”
The independent customer satisfaction survey carried out as part of the accreditation showed a customer satisfaction rating of over 85% The survey covered satisfaction of marketing materials, staff performance, service and products.
