The Retail Factory launches E-Commerce website
The Retail Factory launches E-Commerce website (www.theretailfactory.co.uk) with over 20,000 products. Products that can be bought online include stationery, toners, till rolls, EPOS systems and shop fittings. The company is launching this week a google adwords campaign to focus on the sale of smoking ban products to coincide with the July 1st ban in England. Smoking Ban products sold include smoking shelters and canopies, cigarette bins, outdoor heaters and no smoking signs.
The company has been working with some of the regions top advertising and digital agencies (swamp@Brahm, Netstep and Epiphany Solutions) to develop a world class e-commerce site. The Retail Factory is expecting to double the number of products available to buy online by the end of the year. The company is also planning to launch a further five specific product websites later this year.
The company anticipates that within two years over 50% of the company revenue will come via website sales.
Jon Broadbent, Managing Director of The Retail Factory says ‘The launch of our E-commerce site is a critical factor in the companies anticipated growth. We have a fantastic online offering that will sell for us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week’.
