Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is FREE for orders delivered to the UK mainland over £30.00 (ex VAT) and a charge is made at £6.00 under this amount.
Smoking Signs delivery charge is £3.50.
Furniture or large bulky items which are charged flat at £15.00 for delivery.
Where an exception to normal delivery terms is required (any order containing furniture or large bulky items) you will be able to see the delivery charge at checkout.
Do you deliver outside the UK mainland?
We are able to deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Isle Of Wight and Scottish Highlands. A delivery charge of £22.00 is made to all orders to these locations and you will be able to see the amount chargeable at checkout.

How long will my delivery take to reach me?
When ordering you will get an email that lets you know when you should expect your delivery. 98% of our products are available in stock and should reach you by the next working day if delivered to the UK mainland.
Any delivery made outside the UK mainland will normally reach you within 2-3 working days.
How will my order reach me?
Your delivery will come by courier delivered within normal working hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm). Please be aware that our courier will require a signature for delivery.
Are there any special rules to delivering furniture?
We can deliver furniture only to ground floor locations and we ask our customers to inform us if this is a problem so we can help make the necessary arrangements.
