Returns

If you wish to arrange a return simply call us on 0800 022 3237 as we are unable to accept returns via email or online.

My goods are faulty… what do I do?
We’re sorry that your product isn’t working and will gladly arrange a free return for you if the goods were purchased within the last six months. We fully test all products that are returned and if a product is found not to be at fault we reserve the right to refuse to credit you and charge for collection if necessary.

You sent me the wrong product… what do I do?
If we send the wrong product we will gladly collect the incorrect item and send you a replacement. There will obviously be no extra charge in this case.


I ordered the wrong product… what do I do?
If you contact us within seven days of receiving the goods then we will gladly collect them and give you a refund minus a 15% re-stocking fee.  Please note some items will incur a 25% re-stocking fee, this include the ranges within Shop Supplies, Smoking Ban Products, Shop Fitting, Printed Products, Labels & Tags and EPoS & Scanners for details of the products affected call us on 0800 022 3237.


All returns after seven days will be subject to a 25 per cent restocking charge. If you still wish to return a product after seven days we may accept it but this will be at our discretion. Any products accepted for refund after seven days must be unopened and in re-sellable condition.


My order has arrived but some if it is missing… what do I do?
We ask all customers to check the delivery note included with their delivery for errors. If a delivery note includes a product that is missing from the parcel then please call us on 0800 022 3237 or visit our Contact us page so we can look into it for you.

On occasion we may send your goods on more than one delivery (including items that are backordered), but when more than one delivery has been arranged we will always let you know.
