Delivery

Delivery charges vary depending on the products you purchase and you will be able to see a breakdown of your delivery charge at checkout. Your delivery will come by courier delivered within normal working hours (Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm). Please be aware that our courier will require a signature for delivery.

The Retail Factory is dedicated to working with its customers in all efforts to recycle their printer cartridges and provides its recycling service free of charge to all organisations. We are offering all our customers a free cartridge recycling bin which we will collect once full and recycle in an aim to give a little bit back to our environment.
