Delivery
Delivery charges vary depending on the products you purchase and you will be able
to see a breakdown of your delivery charge at checkout.
Delivery on some stationery items is free when you spend over £35, you can see which
items this applies to on the product information pages.
Delivery to locations outside mainland UK will incur an additional delivery charge.
These locations include Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Mann, Isle of
Wight and Scottish Highlands.
Delivery times vary depending on the products you order and details of the delivery
lead times are shown on the product information pages. Please be aware some deliveries
may arrive in split shipments as some items are sourced from different warehouses.
Deliveries will arrive by courier within normal working hours (Mon-Fri, 8.45am -
5.00pm) and all deliveries will require a signature. Please note bulky items & furniture
can only be delivered to ground floor locations – if your require assistance with
the delivery of a bulky item please calls us and we can make the necessary arrangements.
